Terms & Policies
We will do everything possible to make your stay most enjoyable. To ensure you will have a very pleasant experience at The Lodge at Butte La Rose, we have established the following policies. Please take a few minutes to review these policies, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
A reservation is not completed until a confirmation is sent by the Lodge by email or letter.
Online reservations can be made through our website at the "Rooms & Rates" page.
A two-night minimum is required on weekends - Friday and Saturday.
Please check for up to date room availability on our website under "Rooms & Rates" page.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit on a credit card regardless of how the final payment will be made. We accept MC, Visa, and AmEx credit cards.
A $25 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
Guests are responsible and liable for the entire booking if cancelled 7 days or less, non-arrival or early departure unless the room can be rebooked by another guest.
Check In & Out
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
Check-out time is 12:00 am. Late check-outs are subject to an additional fee.
Guests may park in the Lodge's driveway or either side of the street in front of the Lodge. Please do not Park in our neighbors' yard.
We are very pet friendly and welcome your friendly pet. Please clean up after your pet. Keep pets leashed when outside. Please don't leave your pet in the room unattended unless they are crated and please insure your pet will not cause a disturbance for other guests. While we are pet friendly we ask no pets get on the furniture or beds.
Smoking is permited in outdoor areas only. Please discard cigarette butts appropriately and carefully.
The Lodge at Butte La Rose is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for guest accidents or injury, or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Any damages, stolen items, or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest, including anyone traveling with the guest. Any special clean-up resulting in damages caused by the guests will be charged to the credit card. Charges may need to be applied after guest departure as deemed necessary by the Owner.
Towel replacement cost is $25.
No children under the age of 15 are allowed to use the Pool Table. Parents are liable for damage.
Please report all spills and/or damages to the Lodge management promptly.
